I’ve been getting some typical RA symptoms the last few months. Mostly stuff like swollen joint under the left pinkie toe that’s stayed swollen for months, right wrist hurts most days but doesn’t look swollen, feel like I have the flu on the worst days, fatigue, low grade fever.

I’ve been to the GP and they did a general blood test for inflammation, didn’t test for rheumatoid factor though. I’m still waiting on the results.

Today it’s the right foot as seen in the photo. There’s a lump of swelling in the middle and it painful to walk on it and when I move my toes.

My question is why is there swelling in the mid foot when there are no joints there? I definitely haven’t injured it.
