Just put my latest template live on the Framer marketplace and made it free.

It's called Motion 7 — built specifically for video production agencies and creative studios.

Took a while to get right but I'm happy with how it turned out. Clean design, built for agencies that want their website to actually reflect the quality of their work.

and honestly? looking back, i noticedsome flaws too.

some text contrast was weaker than it should've been and a few effects had a slight delay that made things feel off. small things, but they matter.

so instead of just fixing what they flagged, i went through the whole thing top to bottom.

resubmitted it. inshallah the best is coming.

if i'm putting my name on it, it has to be something i'm actually proud of. ( live preview attached)

I built my photographer portfolio template. Spent weeks on it. Zero sales.

So I made it free, figured at least people would use it.
Then last week I moved it back to paid.
Didn't expect much honestly

But the Framer marketplace ranking?
Went from 2000 to 302 overnight

I don't fully understand what changed. Maybe the free downloads built momentum. Maybe the algorithm finally noticed. Maybe it was just timing.

Whatever it was, I'm not stopping now.
From zero sales to top 302 on the marketplace.
This is just the beginning inshallah

I didn't even have a video editor to try anything else
So Framer it was.

For a while it just sat there. Made me question if I was even good enough to be doing this.

But looking at it now the scroll effects, the hover interactions, the way every section flows I still think it's beautiful.

So instead of letting it collect dust I made it free.

Maybe it was never about the money with this one. Maybe it was just me proving to myself I could build something worth being proud of.
