In Abu Dhabi on a skilled visa. I have signed two documents:

· MOHRE contract: 1-month notice, no restrictions.
· Company offer letter: 2-month notice, says I must repay visa costs if I leave before 6 months.

Questions:

· Can they actually make me pay visa costs?
· Which notice period applies?
· If my degree issue gets me reclassified as unskilled, would a labour ban stop me entering the country?

Would appreciate any advice from people who've dealt with this.
