Hi folks, I just completed the MVP, the product is very simple. AI Customer support agent, but very simple and affordable. Companies like intercom, nurix, tidio have their agents as well but, the pain points are, they are too complex to set up, mainly focuses on big enterprises, and the pricing? Don't even talk about it. Nuzy, my agent is not one of them, it is easy to set up, very much affordable and offers excellent features like escalation handoff with context, human-like tone not generic/robotic. It is trained specially for customer service but the dots join when it gets the encyclopedia to answer the questions, which are the FAQs of the business. It can also be integrated externally and used as a standalone product.

Our idea is simple, built for mid sized businesses no complex set up, price affordable, rather than filling overwhelming features, we focused on outcome and usability.

The core concept is to answer the repetitive queries automatically and only the critical ones get escalated to human. Looking for 5 business owners to test and validate for free. 🙂
