Retake - 6th Attempt
Hi everyone,
I’ve made the difficult decision to start up for my 6th attempt. I’m a Canadian applicant so the previous attempts don’t really matter since they take the highest or more recent. My two most recent scores were:
499 (126/122/126/125)
497 (125/123/122/127)
I haven’t been able to break the 500 mark yet. In the past, I’ve only been able to dedicate 1-2 months of study time due to working full-time. I’m planning to test in late August or September. Since I’m not starting from scratch, I’m planning to use the UWorld books to bridge content gaps and supplement with Anki.
I’m feeling pretty discouraged. My CARS score is stagnant and I’m not sure if my issue is a lack of content depth or a flaw in my strategy. I would appreciate any advice on how to finally break 500 and improve CARS when everything feels stuck.
