Luthien is a 100-year-old half-elf. She uses a trident and has a giant wolf named Dende that she rides.
Vexi is a tiefling rogue. She fights with a rapier and a crossbow gauntlet, and carries around the face of a god as a mask that lets her see hidden things.

Boda is an Ironwood Witch, disguised as one of the Witch King's top generals. Later she reveals her true form as the one in charge of the Witch King.
The Witch King is a living set of armor that consumes its host. It is made from Ironwood trees and has a disgusting, toothy mouth in the shield.
For Boda's true form, her staff grows 3 dragon heads that she uses as part of her abilities. She decides who wears the armor.
