Hi, my company has provided me a severance estimate, and I would like to know which of these components would I be taxed for? There are the following

1. Statutory legal severance
2. Total prior notice
3. Enhanced compensation
4. Final credits (Accured leaves + Training credits + Holiday bonuses)

P.S. I’ve also got NHR

The enhanced compensation is roughly 2.8 times the legal severance ? Do you think I have room to ask more here ?
