Need advice
Hello,
Myself and my friend recently moved into a 3 bed house and we are now finding some faults.
The house on inspection needed a deep clean and some paint work (which the landlord refused to do, but we weren’t too bothered).
Now that we’ve officially moved in, the electric company that was mentioned in our tenancy agreement was incorrect. The landlord did not state to the estate agents that there’s a smart meter.
As well as this, the freezer (which we brought) does not work/turn on unless the oven is on. Along with this, the oven has just broken (which was provided by the landlord).
The house has been empty since November.
Any advice? Do we ring the estate agents to let them know/possibly come and fix the oven/issue with the freezer?
