I (33F) got my copper IUD (supposedly non hormonal) removed at the end of December 2025, and I really think I've only had one "normal" cycle since then. Other than that my cycle has been all over the place. I chalked it up to getting sick one month but it really just hasn't been normal majority of the time since December, and from what I could tell (only tracked BBT consistently with the IUD), I had normal cycles and ovulated the entire time I had the IUD. My estrogen seems somewhat normal but every other measurement isn't really budging. I'm beginning to think I might have PCOS or something? I do have Hashimotos and take thyroid meds for it.
