I drive a 2017 Nissan Sentra SR and starting yesterday, it began to act up. It first began with the stereo system being weird and cutting out in certain speakers or stopping all together. The AC also began to stop or occasionally cut in and out. A bunch of lights on the dash also began to cut on, but shortly disappeared after. The warning censors have been malfunctioning and going off without any vehicles being nearby.
As of today, when I made sharp turns, the engine would go out completely, leaving my car still on but unable to move. When these issued happened, the previously mentioned problems also began to occur along with it. My engine shut off twice today: once when making a sharp turn into the apartments, and the other while trying to park and turning sharply into a parking spot. Both were also slow turns, so nothing that would have stressed my car out too bad.
I’m getting it looked at tomorrow but I’m worried to drive it. It is unfortunately my only option to get it looked at currently. Any idea what may be causing this? I would like some advice, even if my car is being looked at and hopefully repaired tomorrow.
