In a 19:00 video, I got a community guidelines video removal and warning for making an edgy joke for one sentence.

For the first time it gave me 3 options as a course of action. The newly 3rd one I've never seen before was to edit my video and submit for processing but the warning will still expire in 90 days. So I did that and they instantly approved and put the content back on YouTube and monetized. However, what I can't wrap my head around is this part of the email:

"How this impacts you

This is just a warning. Your channel already has a strike, so take care before posting content on YouTube.

Remember not to use other channels, including new or existing, to get around restrictions – that’s called circumvention, and it could result in the termination of all your channels and the removal of your content"

The active community guidelines strike was a month ago, I already served that 1 week suspension. However, why are hey mentioning circumvention to get around restrictions? I'm not serving a penalty currently, I have a second monetized channel, can I still post on there? Are they just warning me if my main chann gets a future strike to not use other channels?
