Getting started, any advice?

Well, Hubby and I picked a clinic, and are all set up for the first week of June.
New Directions Fertility Center in Gilbert.
We've done all the testing - although my HSG is about 3 years old. My SIS is within the last 6 months, and 4 failed IUI cycles in the last 6 months.
So I would really love to hear what your experience getting started was. What advice would you go back and give yourself? What's helped keep you sane during this?
Right now, being 3 weeks out from our initial appointment I'm really struggling not knowing what is going to happen. If we'll have to run more tests, or wait a few cycles, ECT. I know that isn't something anyone can tell me, case by case we're all different.
We are doing an out of state clinic, do they help find places for monitoring, or do I need to handle all of that? Should I start looking now?
