It’s the one outside of the Quidditch tent and here is the issue:

I’ve completed the area, I’ve gotten everything in it except George Weasley. For some reason, the dig spot I need for him will not spawn in on either the normal side or the Time side, so I am unable to get George, which means every time I load into Hogwarts,it places me in the middle of that Time Turner.

I play on console, X-Box X specifically. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
