Hello! Im looking for a sub-leaser (female) for fall 2026 to live in a double in unit 304 of 437 Gayley Ave (The Pink Palace) Westwood, CA. The bedroom has a balcony and two beds, with a shared bathroom. The utilities include a stove, full fridge, oven, dishwasher, trash, and water. The rent is $1225/month, and the sub-leaser would need to move in no later than September 15th 2026, and move out no later than January 1st 2027.
