Has anyone taken the MCAT King workshops (CARS, biochem, orgo, or psych/soc)?

I’m planning to purchase their full course, but I’m trying to decide whether the workshops are actually worth adding on.

For context: I’ve already gone through a good amount of content review, but still doing badly on my FL and UWorld. My main struggle right now is with applications, especially in C/P and CARS.

If you’ve taken the workshops:

• Did the workshops actually improve your score or strategy?
• How different are they from what’s already covered in the full course?
• Is it worth the extra cost, or better to just stick with practice + review?
