IMGs who matched in this or the previous match cycle, could someone please review the IM observership experiences I wrote on ERAS (went unmatched); both my last year’s version and the new one I’m currently working on?

If possible, I’d also really appreciate it if you could share examples of how you described your IM observership experiences on ERAS.
