How often do you weigh in?
I have been doing it daily since the 24th of April and this week it was helpful because I “lost almost 2 lbs on Tuesday then gained 4lbs on Wednesday” I’m now 2lb lighter than I was a week ago but it’s interesting to see how weighing on the wrong day can lead to different readings but I’m not sure it’s healthy to concentrate around that marker?
What does everyone else do?
