How often do you weigh in?

I have been doing it daily since the 24th of April and this week it was helpful because I “lost almost 2 lbs on Tuesday then gained 4lbs on Wednesday” I’m now 2lb lighter than I was a week ago but it’s interesting to see how weighing on the wrong day can lead to different readings but I’m not sure it’s healthy to concentrate around that marker?

What does everyone else do?

I was just wondering if anyone has a brief bit of science for me? I dropped almost 2stone 2 years ago through sheer will power, and have been holding pretty steady around that weight since. (I was between 11 and 15 kgs down) Until I weighed myself last week and I had gained a stone putting me at 5kgs down now I’ve dropped almost all of that all off in a 9 days I started MJ on Thursday so most of the drop happened prior. Does anyone know what the chances of that all being water weight is? I feel back to base line now so ready for the real journey to start but I got curious about a recent weight gain and if that’s likely down to the fat not being stored yet so being easier to drop again? Did anyone else see big numbers at the start? Did you see a fast drop off?
