Looking for advice!

My dad adopted a 4 year old female Frenchie about 3 years ago, he had an old English bulldog who is now 8 and she is as sweet as can be. From what my dad was telling me about the frenchie, she came from a home with a lot of dogs, I guess the lady lived in an apartment and was breeding them. Well long story short, the bulldog and frenchie got in a pretty bad fight when they were first living together, my dad’s old English would never hurt a fly, she is incredibly passive and sweet so she got her butt kicked by the Frenchie. This is the first and last fight they’ve had. The Frenchie is known to be a jealous dog but my dad doesn’t favor anyone more than the other.

I have a rescue chiweenie who is 9, turning 10 in October. She has never bit another dog before but she’s vocal she will growl when they get in her face. Not showing teeth or anything but just grumbling. Unfortunately the frenchie sees this as an aggressive move. For the most part they all get along but the two fights we had this weekend are because of food. The first one is where the pantry door was left open and my chiweenie and frenchie went in there and got into it. Yesterday my dog was drinking water out of her bowl and the frenchie came in and they got into it, there was no food left out but just crumbs of whatever was left over. The frenchie does not stop, the moment she fights she sees red and doesn’t listen and will continue to lunge even after separation.

I know the dual bowl for food and water is a no go so I am planning on leaving just a water bowl out for my chiweenie because she is scared to go drink their water that is by their food.
My dog respects boundaries but the frenchie does what she wants. I just want them to learn to coexist without fights, any suggestions I will take. Once I give my dog her own water bowl, do I allow the frenchie and bulldog to drink out of it? other than these fights they do really well together, I just need to know how to move forward without anymore fights.

Tampons causing more cramping??

I stopped buying tampons for a while because of the bleach and chemicals in them but I’m having an active weekend and of course I started my period so I found some natural tampons. They’re called CORA, made without pesticides, dioxins, fragrance, chlorine and rayon. The only ingredients are organic cotton, paraffin (water-repellent wax) and the applicator is BPA free plastic. I don’t know I’m just having a rough cycle but I feel like when using tampons my cramps are awful. Anyone else have experience with this? I am definitely going back to diapers😭

Hi everyone!! Just looking to see if anyone has experienced this, I have been getting back into lifting weights just to get my body moving and to help lower inflammation in my body as well as loose weight. Overall it’s been about a month and it’s been great. I mostly work upper body and legs but I went to work out with my cousin the other day and did deep ab work out and now I’m in a flare 😭😭 ugh I’m so pissed at myself. I feel like I was doing so well and now I’m on day 2 of a flare, has anyone else had experience with this before?
