I’m fairly new to after effects, been following some tutorials but noticed my text and pictures are always so blurry and pixelated

I’ve attached a few images, may be a bit hard to see but if you zoom in it’s very pixelated, not crisp at all. I’ve tried multiple fonts, multiple texts, multiple pictures all very fuzzy

Google keeps suggesting maybe continually rasterize option but that’s greyed out
