






Marinated earlier in the day to throw on after work and before rain hit. Really tender. It has become my favorite even over beef and will get my kids to come over (they usually bring their laundry too.😆) ...so win-win.
Started on 225° (threw Salmon on about 25 mins after).Salmon started to fall apart getting of grille. (Olive oil, Traeger Whiskey dust. Crushwd red pepper. Lime pepper seasoning, salt).Started it in parchment first and then removed and cooked at high heat.
A nice way to decompress after a stressful and busy day.
