I’m doing my first sprint triathlon (really first formal race of any kind) at the end of June. I can do all the disciplines separately, and am beginning to work on combining and improving in general. I feel comfortable with the swim. My biggest worry is the bike to run.

I plan on doing bricks and upping the distances over the next few weeks. I feel a little lost referring to some of the training plans I see on line as I have the individual distances down. I have 7 weeks to get a little faster and fit!

What should I focus on to be best prepared? Tips on how to balance pushing yourself in training while not over doing it? Any general advice on little things to do prepare for my first triathalon?
