Putting myself out there — I'm a Salesforce Architect based in Bangalore, India, with ~13 years in the ecosystem (7 years focused on architecture). I'm currently open to remote full-time or project-based roles and thought this community might be a good place to connect.
What I've been doing:
Most recently at a FAANG company (2+ years), I led multi-cloud Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and and Experience Cloud, including a full Classic-to-Lightning Service Cloud migration, Web-to-Case redesign for partner support routing, and large-scale integrations with tools like Marketo, Guided Selling, and RingDNA.
Before that, ~5 years at an AI-powered customer experience company as Architect — and before that, a few years on the business/marketing side of the house. That cross-functional background means I understand what we're actually building for, not just how to build it.
Core strengths:
- Multi-cloud architecture (Sales, Service, Experience, Partner Community)
- Apex (async, batch, queueable, Platform Events), LWC, REST/SOAP integrations
- DevOps - Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions, CI/CD
- Security design, SSO, OAuth 2.0, zero-trust, permission governance
Cert situation: No certifications yet (I know, I know 😅) — actively on the CTA pathway, Trailhead Mountaineer with 50+ badges. Happy to discuss why I prioritized hands-on delivery over exam prep.
