Just ordered neuroprotek and got some quercetin to try solo but I take thyroid meds for hypothyroidism and now I’m scared.

I’ve been on thyroid meds for 30 years so that’s not gonna stop anytime soon but I don’t want to mess up my largely regulated thyroid.

Any advice or stories?

Looking to sing and play more great rock songs by women. Tired of singing songs from a male perspective.
