IU - Issue w/ employer providing false information then issuing a correction.
I was denied IU recently with the denial being specific to my involvement in the VRE program (weird, a program where you need to have SC-Conditions that effect employment) but mainly that the employer said I was terminated for misconduct. Infact they fired me due to medical reason related to my SC disabilities and denied me fmla so I did sue and settle with the employer. Since the IU has been adjudicated already will they open it back up when the employer faxes over the corrected document?
