Picked up on Foundayo when it was approved by FDA a few weeks ago. Placed my order last Thursday, arrived Friday (free shipping). Been on it for 3 days and here are my feedback and thoughts:
THIS IS AMAZING. Appetite reduced significantly, eating less than half my usual portions.
The hunger itself is still there, but it's the fullness that comes much sooner than usual.
Water or any beverage alone will give you the fullness to your stomach. I'd strongly advise on drinking lots of water during the day to stay full.
No real side effects yet - none at all. Yes it's day 3 and still a lot more days to count, but so far none that I researched and heard about.
I go to restroom for number 1 and 2 as usual, nothing significantly changed in that regard.
I usually workout, so I believe it will accelerate the diet for sure.
I personally chose to go the pill route because I wasn't comfortable with neither needle nor a week-long duration to stay in the system. I believed daily consumption of pills would be easier to control should I want to stay off or control the dosage. So far it's been working well for me.
