I need your opinions. Me vs Me
for context, I am a fresh grad/passer and currently looking for entry level job. This week, I had multiple interviews under varying companies and one company gave me a JO the next day after the interview. I asked for a salary of 25-30k but they negotiated at 23k with free staff house kaso bare nga lang (and wala daw aircon). Hindi siya GenCon company but Contractor siya ng isang specific type of project lang. They were requesting me to submit all the pre-employment reqs on May 15 and start ako ng May 18.
From Visayas pa ako but I am planning to build a career naman sa NCR but parang hindi lang ganoon ka applicable yung urgency sa current status ng economy considering na sobrang taas ng airfare if next week kaagad yung lipad. I tried to negotiate if they could shoulder my airfare but hindi din daw nila mabigay. For context din, Monday yung interview, afternoon ng Tuesday yung JO nasend then need na daw confirmation by Wednesday.
I tried to negotiate yung start date as well as deadline ng requirements. Asked if pwede May 25 yung start or June 2 pero hindi pwede tapos hiningan na agad ako ng respond sa JO by the end of wednesday. It did nit sit well with me kaya I had to turn it down.
Current dilemma is tama bang tinurn down ko yung offer given na andami kong nababasanf sobrang hirap maghamap ng trabaho? Huhuhu nakokonsensiya and napapa overthink ako na baka matagalan pa next offer sa akin but currently may mga pending applications and interviews na rin ako sa this week and next week >>>><<<<
