Brand new apartment complex in southern Alabama. We’ve only been here since November and haven’t had any other bug issues. I googled it and apparently it’s termite season right now?

brand new apartment complex like 15 minutes from the beach in Alabama, we’ve had some issues with gnats in the kitchen sink and some spiders but nothing that seems out of the ordinary until I went into my toddlers bathroom yesterday and these are dead all over the ground. I found one live one but that was it. Anyone know what these are?
