In search of land for work trade (Lincoln NH)
My husband (40) and I (32) are hoping to find a place in the Lincoln/Woodstock area or close by that we would be able to put our destination camper/tiny home on. We are from Massachusetts we have a lot of experience with New Hampshire winters/weather, so even though we are coming from MA we are aware of the difference in seasons, as we have lived in NH before. We have two small dogs (19 1b and 10 lb) and are hoping to find someone with land who could provide a place in trade for work. My husband is very handy he is an operator he can do excavation, mechanical work, tree work, landscaping, any big or little household projects or things that need to be fixed. I am able to do landscaping as well, help with farm work/animals, house cleaning, and things along those lines.
We are also interested in simply "land sitting" while caring for a property, and maintaining the land if that's what you are looking for. We are both very hard workers, clean, non party people, never have company, will not be in and out at unreasonable times of day or night. We are not loud, or disruptive but very respectful, and courteous to others.
We take good care of the land we are on now keeping the place clean and organized and appealing to the eye. Our destination camper is. 2025 Timberwolf 20 OG it is not a run down camper that will be an eye sore. I want to add that we are not looking for sites on a campground as we prefer privacy and our own space, instead of being in lose proximity to other campers, although we do enjoy amping, as a living situation we prefer to have a higher evel of privacy than what most campgrounds are able to ffer.
