I’ve been wanting to try anything canned for a LONG time. Finally stumbled across a sale & tried these both. Sardines I ate plain and the mussels I tossed in spaghetti noodles with their oil, capers, cayenne pepper, salt, cracked black pepper, and Parmesan. Yum!!!! I’ll be returning to the grocery store tomorrow to see if the sale is still active. Let me know what budget-friendly brands accessible in southern US to try next!

Only complaint is that I physically could not open the matiz further. Strong packaging but maybe too strong?
