Previously Bought Addon, Game Has Evidence, but Account Says I Haven't and Now I Can't Access It
Hello all
I have Elden Ring, the disk originally from the Ps4, and I did buy the one dlc that came out afterwards. The issue is that I bought it digitally, yet it's not kisted in my account, and it won't let me re-download it on my Ps5. Worse yet: my original character is locked in DLC areas, and I cant retrieve them BECAUSE my playstation won't let me download the content without buying it AGAIN.
Ive never had this happen before, and I genuinely dont know what the hell to do.
