Hello rose experts! We’ve had some scraggly growth in the roses a couple years now and seem to be getting more scraggly with thin scraggly leaves and buds that look like leaves are growing out of them. Idk, if we are just assuming we have RRD or maybe this is just normal growth. We don’t want to rip them out if we don’t have to.
