I am looking to make my first purchase and I have no clue how much I actually need to start. I see people posting about having a massive stash that will last them all year but I just want to try it out first. I am 23 and about 6 foot 245 lbs. I have a decent amount of muscle but I let my diet go and my stress eating is out of control right now. If I just grab one 40mg vial will that be enough to cover me for the first couple of months?
