[TOMT] [TV Show] [2000s] Nickolodeon short cartoon about a white cat

My sister and I were recently talking about cartoons we used to watch, and realised we both rememebered this one, thinking we'd both just halucinated it for 2 decades. Our aunt gave us a VHS Tape where she'd just recorded a couple of hours of Nickolodeon shows for us.

It's a 2D animated cartoon short that aired on Nickolodeon, sometime in the early to mid 2000s, we're pretty sure. Might have been earlier.

The short features a fat white cat that is repeatedly rehomed after he has unfortunate happenings with each new owner. Scenes we can both remember are:

- One owner wants to paint the cat (or is showing off old paintings of a previous cat? maybe?), but wants him to be thin, so the cat holds his breath and sucks in his gut til he passes out from lack of oxygen, and is rushed to the vet in an ambulence.
- One owner (maybe the same one?) is comparing him to their previous cat, but is increasingly disatisfied that he isn't the previous cat. The scene includes the owner specifically saying "Fluffy was orange. You're. Not. Orange."
- Another owner is an old lady. The cat is helping her make a sandwich, but she's making it with, like, dishwasher detergent instead of jelly or something? The whole point of this character was she was clumsy. The cat ends up taking a bite of the sandwich to protect her and ends up again in the ambulence.

I know there's more that we don't remember, and I think it was a series, because the ending felt like a cliffhanger (like, a narrator maybe asking if he'd ever find a home? I might be pulling that out of nowhere), but our VHS only had the one episode.
