We had our first scan today and are measuring further ahead than we thought 7w3d, I thought we were 6w6d or 7w exactly. My main symptom has been cramping and aching pains and at the weekend I had some brown discharge and as it was the exact point I’d miscarried my first pregnancy, I was nervous so called and was booked in with the Early Pregnancy Unit. Within seconds of the US being put on my tummy, they saw a strong heartbeat and both my husband and I were in tears. All looking great and no explanation for the symptoms so everything is normal. I’m so happy and can’t wait to see my baby again in a couple of weeks at my next scan. Private one booked for 9w 1d ♥️
