1 month after finding out ab diabetes
One month ago i found out i have diabetes, ive been learning how to eat smarter and how to use insulin better. Right now i have only used long term insulin, and not a single short term since yesterday morning.
I was told by the doctor to try and stay between 8-12 since my body needs to adjust, but honestly im gonna have to eat sugar or drink soda all the time to make that possible, and i dont want that either.
Im pretty new to this, but it seems im doing something right here? Advice is apreciated
