loved kinky boots since it first came out and i finally got tickets to see it this weekend. but remembered the scene where lola meets charlie and lauren and lola describes drag queens vs trans women with a term that cis ppl in general shouldn’t use - do they still use that term or have they adapted it slightly?

also curious if anything has changed from its original staging if anyone knows! from the perspective of someone who loves kinky boots! i remember going into mean girls loving the broadway version and excited only to find out they made changes……that didn’t quite land so well imo
