Just bought a used ps2 fat scph 39004 and after opening it and cleaning it up i found there was a modchip installed. From what I could find online it seems to be a ripper 2 gold, and couldn't find more info about it. PAL ps2 and ps1 games launched with a few restarts, audio cd played well, but didn't have any luck with jp ps2 game. This should be able to play jp games right ? Anyways if anyone used to have this mod and remembers how to use it properly, i'd love to hear from you :D
