Does the Apple Earpods with Lightning connector has a bluetooth prompt thing when you plugged it in?

I bought one that is similar and it’s less expensive so when I plugged it in, it requires a bluetooth on then there will be a pop up prompt from the bottom to connect then a robot is talking indicating whether it’s been connected already or powered on, which has the similar function with the wireless airpods tho lol.
