Hey everyone, I’m looking for someone to split a year-long lease in Santa Cruz.

My situation is that I’m taking a gap quarter during Fall 2026 (roughly September–December), so I only need housing from January–June 2027. I’m hoping to find someone who needs housing for the Fall quarter and is graduating afterward, so together we could cover a full-year lease.

The ideal setup would be:

• You take the lease from around Sept–Dec 2026
• I take over from Jan–June 2027
• Together we sign/split a full-year lease

I’m mainly looking around UCSC / Santa Cruz areas, and I’m pretty flexible on apartment/house setup as long as the arrangement works out.

About me:

• Clean and respectful
• Mostly focused on school/work
• Easygoing roommate-wise
