Currently waitlisted at NSU KPCOM Tampa and Rowan (High Priority Waitlist), accepted to KCUCOM. I'm trying to decide which school would help me best match diagnostic radiology as a DO in terms of academic support and research opportunities.
Tuition wise, all schools are fairly similar to each other but my dilemma is if I'm accepted to NSU KPCOM, I'd be able to stay in my brother's home for free and essentially be provided a private room, free meals, etc. With this in mind, would it be more wise of me to have NSU KPCOM be my top choice if I get in? I noticed that in 2025, NSU KPCOM had 2 diagnostic radiology matches to Mayo Clinic Jacksonville so it's possible for me to match at an academic radiology program but to pass up Rowan or KCUCOM which I feel have better academic resources than NSU KPCOM feels not right to me.
