I’m 20M and got diagnosed with a varicocele back in March. Since then I’ve had this dull ache under my left testicle and into my left groin. I went to a urologist and she said it’s not really a urological problem, which confused me.

I’m also worried I might have ED, and it’s been stressing me out a lot. The veins aren’t visible, but I can feel them under my left testicle.

Has anyone else had similar symptoms? Did it get better or did you need treatment? Any advice would really help. Also as i live in Vienna, can someone suggest me a good urologists that isnt ignorant and actually cares about their patients? Thank you
