i have an opal i bought in january 2025 and it has been having issues running, my sharpener looked at it and said it seemed like something is wrong w the motors/electronics. it's still under warranty and i've been trying to get in contact w heininger but they haven't been replying to my emails and i don't think whoever answers the phone speaks English. does anyone perhaps speak swiss or know how to get them to resolve this 😭😭 ive been using a corded two speed andis clipper and it's ruining my life
