Here Izmir is Definetely most Progressive, Izmir is often known as CHP (Secular Kemalist Social Democrat Party) castle and lets say from views on LGBTQ rights to Atheism, Feminism etc, Izmirian people tend to be more progressive about the issues
Most Conservative is even thought Stereotypically Konya is considered most conservative city due to its Known as AK Party castle (Conservative Erdoganist Islamist Party) I personally think its Şanlıurfa who is probably most conservative. Any stat based on religion or certain opinion about issues tend to show that This city is quite Conservative.
