I’ve been thinking about the Yeagerist government as a fascist state. To maintain control, they would likely use heavy brainwashing on Eldian children. This raises a question in my mind: How would they teach the "100 years of peace inside the walls" and the recent wars in their history books?
Specifically:
The Reiss Monarchy: I assume King Fritz would be the ultimate villain—the coward who trapped his people inside the walls.
The Wall Religion: Would they mock it as a tool of the fake king, or ignore it entirely?
The Refugee Crisis: They probably wouldn’t admit the government sent 250,000 people to their deaths to save resources. They’d likely blame the Marley for those deaths instead.
The 104th & The Alliance: Since Armin is the narrator of the series, we see the truth, but the Yeagerists would see them as traitors. Would Mikasa even be mentioned? Would they portray the battle of Liberio as a massacre of civilians?
