Is returning to baseline possible after a crash?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for experiences from those who have gone through a crash. How was it for you? Does the crash typically result in a permanent worsening of symptoms, or do you eventually return to your previous baseline?

I have been suffering from Post-Finasteride Syndrome (PFS) for 4 years now. About a month ago, I experienced a severe crash where my mental symptoms returned with a vengeance (heavy brain fog, suicidal ideation). My libido has dropped to zero, and the anhedonia has become significantly worse.

In your experience, does this state eventually clear up, or is this my new reality? I really need to know if returning to baseline is possible after such a crash. Thanks for your support."

Has anyone tried fasting and exercise?

Those of you who have suffered from this syndrome for a long time... Has anyone tried changing their lifestyle and fasting for long periods along with exercise? Does this help you? I am in my fourth year and I feel hopeless about recovery. Over the past two years, my mental symptoms have improved, but it seems they have returned strongly.

Those of you who suffer from numbness in the penis, has anyone had sensitivity in a certain spot on their penis and then lost it? I don't know if I've actually lost sensation around the glans or if I'm just nervous.
