Meron na po ba sa inyo naka experience na ma lock out of your Pag Ibig account? Were you able to unlock yours while here in the UAE?

Mine says it's due to many failed attempt to log in, however, di ko pa naman na try mag log in since I last did successfully.

I reached out to their live chat, na wala namang sumasagot. Emails and calls are telling me to go to a branch--obviously I can't since nasa UAE ako.

Another option is to fill out the unlocking account form and visit the consulate (Pag-IBIG section)--na may doubt ako. Knowing yung sistema ng ating consulate, I'm afraid masayang ang buong araw ko.
