Hello everyone, it's our first real property investment. May napansin lang akong discrepancy:

• Title (issued in 2017) and tax dec (paid this year, 2026): Maiden name, civil status is single
• Bank account name (for deposit of down payment): Married name

I asked the broker if married si seller, yes daw. I asked kung anong year sila kinasal to determine rin ang property relations ng marriage nila, wala pang sagot.

Paano kaya implications nito? Hindi kaya magpose ng problema upon transfer sa amin ng title thru Pag-IBIG loan? Any remedy/ies if ever?
