I realized my boss is an ENTP. Every discussion turns into an argument on which she seems to take pride in winning. She likes to put her colleagues into mock debates and enjoys idea generation through arguments. It's nice from time to time, as an INTP, but I don't think it's helping the workplace. It's more efficient to discuss in a healthy way and reduce work drama.

But seeing this is the way she is, I want to know how best to approach her and negotiate with her so that she HEARS me. How do I make my points across? How can I get an ENTP to be considerate? Do ENTPs like to be disproven wrong? It's already hard to argue because of the hierarchy, and this ENTP is making it a lot harder.
