I'm a special ed parent in NJ. I built an app for parents like me and looking for 10 testers

Hi!

I am a mom in Bergen County navigating my son's IEP journey. It was not an easy journey. Every step felt unfamiliar, and I had to figure it out on my own.I used to blame myself for not knowing enough. But the more I prepared, the more I realized the problem was not my ignorance. The problem was that there was no proper guide.

I wanted something I could pull up anytime to stay organized and feel prepared. So I built an app called BridgeIEP to help parents like us stay organized, know our rights, and feel more confident before every IEP meeting. I am currently using it myself for my son's IEP process, and I want to make it better for someone like me.

I am looking for 10 parents to be my first user testers!

What you will do:

  • Fill out a short survey today (5 minutes)
  • Use the app for 2 weeks
  • Fill out a follow-up survey after 2 weeks

What you will get:

  • Free access to BridgeIEP
  • Your feedback will directly shape the future of BridgeIEP

As a small thank-you, all participants will receive a gift card upon completing both surveys.

If you are interested, please email:hjkimcorcoran@gmail.com or DM. I will reach out with the survey link and app access.

Thank you so much!

Note: BridgeIEP currently references New Jersey special education law and federal IDEA only.
