Hello Vintage Lens Lovers!

I am very into vintage lenses, but have been scared about various particles that can show up in photos or mess with other lenses. I was hoping someone could help me with this glass. This is a photo from an eBay listing I was considering buying, but I saw this one weird looking particle in the lower mid section of the lens and it is present in all of the shots of the lens. I also see some large things that are probably hair. Do you think that the particle circled in pink and yellow is fungus? And do you think the other things circled in pink are hairs and do you think they will show up in the images? Thanks to anyone who responds with their opinion. The listing says the glass is clean.
